2025–present

Began 200hr Yoga Teacher Training — 20 years later than planned, but right on time.

2024

Completed my IPHM Breathwork & Meditation Training — everything changed.

2024

Took a 3-month reset to rest, breathe, and reconnect with who I truly am.

2022

Qualified as an ICF Coach, Trauma & Narcissistic Abuse Specialist, and Positive Psychology Coach.

2021

Began training in trauma, somatics, and coaching — a powerful turning point.

2019

Rock bottom. I left the marriage, began therapy, and started my healing journey.

2012

Entered a toxic relationship that slowly stripped me of my sense of self.

My Story

As a child, I often felt unseen — emotionally unsupported, yet expected to carry on like everything was fine. I learned to read the room before I learned to read a book. I became the “good girl,” the helper, the peacekeeper — because that felt safer than being honest about my needs or emotions.

Dance became my sanctuary. It was the only place I felt truly free — five days a week, moving my body to feel alive. But outside the studio, I was slowly disappearing.

That constant self-abandonment? It became my normal.
And for years, I didn’t even realise it was trauma.

My Story

By 2019, I was at rock bottom. I was stuck in a toxic, emotionally abusive marriage, £50k in debt, and completely disconnected from myself.

I had spent years over-giving, people-pleasing, and trying to hold it all together — but inside, I was crumbling.

That was the moment I realised:
It wasn’t me. It was trauma. It was survival mode.

It was the nervous system doing its job — until it couldn’t anymore.

That realisation changed everything.

My Story

Leaving that relationship was just the beginning. I started working with trauma-informed support, and for the first time, I began to understand what was really going on beneath the surface.

The people-pleasing. The overthinking. The self-doubt.

It wasn’t my personality — it was my nervous system.

I started to see the patterns.

I began training in trauma, somatics, and coaching — not just to help others, but to heal myself.

This was the start of coming home to me.

My Story

In February 2024, I gave myself permission to pause.

I took three months to rest, reflect, and just be — without fixing, performing, or pushing. That space changed everything.

During this time, I discovered the power of breathwork.

It helped me integrate everything I’d been learning — and drop into something deeper.

For the first time, I felt truly safe in my body.

Breathwork became the missing piece. The anchor. The calm after the storm.

In 2025, I began my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training — 20 years after I first dreamed of it.

Back then, life took a different path. I became a mother young, carried heavy responsibilities, and spent years in survival mode.

But now, I’ve come full circle.
Yoga, breathwork, nervous system healing — it all aligns. It all makes sense.

I’m no longer healing just for me. I’m living it. Embodying it.

And sharing it with other women ready to rise.
