Fast forward to today, I proudly hold accreditation as a Trauma-Informed Coach, a Narcissistic Abuse Specialist, and a Brainspotting Practitioner. My foray into healing and self-discovery from 2019 prompted me to further develop my skills as a coach. I've grappled with various traumas throughout my life, including CPTSD, auto-immune challenges, and mental health issues. However, these struggles have fortified my resolve. I'm now boldly stepping into my role to assist fellow coaches with Dubsado while also guiding women through their healing and personal growth journeys. Embracing self-love, self-awareness, and self-esteem is an ongoing expedition.
