Online Classes (via Zoom):
Fridays at 12pm (Monthly) – End your week on a peaceful note with a session that will help you unwind, de-stress, and prepare yourself for a calm and joyful weekend.
These online sessions will run every month and focus on one of the core themes (CALM, CLEAR, or CONNECT), sometimes blending all three for a full-spectrum breathwork experience.

In-Person Classes:

C.C.C. (Calm, Clear, Connect):

This comprehensive class combines techniques from all three themes to regulate your nervous system no matter what state you're in, bringing you back to balance through breathwork and gentle movement.
