Breath Awareness & Test:
Through guided breath awareness, you’ll begin to observe your natural breathing patterns. We’ll also conduct a CO2 tolerance test to evaluate your breathing habits and stress levels, giving us insights into your body’s current state.
Targeted Breathwork Exercises:
Based on your assessment, I’ll introduce optimal breathing techniques, including nose breathing, diaphragmatic breathing, and slow breathing. These exercises will help you better manage stress, regulate your emotions, and support overall health.
